Partner, Public Relations/Broadcast Specialist

Lisa Stafford’s 25 plus years in the communications field, including a four-year stint in television news, give her an edge in understanding how to use media interviews to promote a business or product, tell a story or change a mindset. With experience as a TV reporter and anchor in markets throughout the country, Lisa knows what makes the media tick.

Lisa and her husband Rob, a seasoned newscaster who is an anchor on NBC5, Chicago and contributor for “Dateline NBC,” started in TV together in Duluth, MN. She has parlayed that experience into a broadcast media specialty and as a media training expert. She has excellent media and celebrity connections and personal friends in the business across the country.

Some of her media coaching clients include: Director of Clean Air Counts, Chicago; Johns Hopkins University doctors, Chicago Institute of Neurosurgery and Neuroresearch, Midwest Children’s Brain Tumor Center, and chefs at Coco Pazzo and Nomi, Chicago.

Lisa has spearheaded a branding and marketing campaign for biodiesel fuel used in Illinois and Indiana school buses and created a campaign to educate kids on keeping air clean. This ultimately resulted in the “Clean Air Club” (www.CleanAirClub.net), a club kids can join and write essays about their contribution to the environment. She also has contributed to the marketing for the Clean Air Counts program in Chicago and surrounding communities.

Lisa began her career in the medical group at J. Walter Thompson, New York. She worked as an account supervisor at Sheila King Public Relations, Chicago, and Yesawich, Pepperdine and Brown, Orlando, and she ran the Orlando office of Bitner.Com, a Ft. Lauderdale-based PR agency.
